Ahora se abre una tercera fase y el Concello ya ha presentado un plan de dos millones de euros para actuar en unas 140 viviendas. En Estribela, declarada en mayo de 2007, se llega en 2019 a su octava l\u00ednea de subvenci\u00f3n.
