El ARRU 2014-2017 ha supuesto inversiones de 4,1 millones de euros en el casco antiguo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">En el marco del Plan Estatal de Fomento de la Rehabilitaci\u00f3n, Regeneraci\u00f3n y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbanas, el Ministerio, la DGA y el Ayuntamiento firmaron en 2014 las condiciones del ARRU 2014-2017. En n\u00fameros redondos, el Ministerio asumi\u00f3 el 22% del coste subvencionable, la DGA el 10% y el Ayuntamiento el 14%. La inversi\u00f3n global, suma del desembolso de los particulares y el de las administraciones, ha alcanzado lo 4,1 millones de euros.
